WEDDING LIMOUSINE RENTALS

One of the most common mistakes made by people who hire limousines is the quest for the cheapest price. All too often they hire the limousine outfit whom pride themselves on the "cheap reputation". Does the word "cheap" fit anywhere next to "first class" or "extravagant" or "luxury". Then why in the world should it be paired with "Limousines". When you book a cheap limousine, chances are your getting what you paid for. Think about it, when hiring a long island limousine service you should be most concerned with their reliable service and quality of limos. If a company prides themself on there “cheap prices” they are cutting back on quality of service, proper livery insurance, maintenance of cars and their integrity, and employee quality.
The best time to book? Book as soon as you can so you reserve the company and cars that you want.
Wedding limousine service is very different than just hiring a car for an hourly basis. Rates of hourly transfers will not apply with the majority of limousine services that you contact for weddings. However, most companies will reduce prices with wedding dates Sun-Fri for wedding packages. When booking try to book during the week rather than the weekend, this is when companies tend to be slower.
Many companies offer different incentives in their packages. The industry norm is a standard three hour package for weddings. Most companies offer a 15 minute grave period. Majority of services will include in their packaged price additional amenities such as (complimentary bottle of champagne, red carpet service, a tuxedoed chauffer ,just married insignia, complimentary beverages, etc). Some services may even offer a lace runner. Many limousine companies will try to accommedate you as much as possible. Just remember anything that is promised to you make sure you get it in writing in your contract.
Today, there are many different options of limousines to hire. A lot of companies advertise cars that they do not even own. When hiring a company it is always best to book with a company that own there own cars. Make sure you see the actual cars or pictures of the cars you are booking.
The wisest thing when booking a limousine for your wedding is to always get a contract! This is your binding agreement that states all the information that you wanted from your limousine service provider, and the amount of money the service will cost you, what your cancellation options are and what will happen should they fail to meet your expectations. You'll be surprised how many people will pick up the phone, book a limo and wait for it to show up with their fingers crossed. Ask about how the gratuity works, is it included in the price or is it extra. Ask if it is ok to tip the drivers extra. Also, make sure you get a copy of your contract faxed, emailed or mailed.
