I've made this one, but without the pomegranate sauce. Don't forget to drain the ricotta.

I just wanted to thank you for this great recipe! I made it TWICE this weekend, once for Thanksgiving and then again to go to a firends house for dinner. Both times it was a hit.
The four pomegranets make alot of sauce, I only had to make it once, and it was definitely time consuming, but worth it.
