I need dress ideas for a BM dress for girls form size 2 - 20.

My SIL is getting married and some girls are a size 2 and 2 are size 8-10 and then 2 are size 18-20. What type fo dress would work good and all girls.

Please post me some pics.

I have girls from 2-20 and they are wearing a corset gown. They look the best on everyone.

I dont have pics, but last week I visited the Jessica Mclintock store at roosevelt field. Her dresses run from 2-20. Check her website.

IMO definitely and A-line dress. I'll post mine-I have from size 6-28 in my BP. Here it is.

One girl in the BP is complaining about everything.

A-line is flattering on most anyone. Stay away from drop waist. Empire waist will look good on everyone but is less flattering on the size 2's IMO.

Is she open to picking a color and material and putting them each in different styles - a style that would be flattering to each as an individual?

I have that exact problem! I have 1 size 2, 4 size 8-10, and 1 (MOH) size 20. We haven't picked a dress yet, but I was thinking that maybe a V-neck dress that skims the body would be flattering for everyone. Post more pics, maybe I can get some better ideas!

I mentioned that to my SIL, but not sure if she is interested.

We are goign to David's to just try some stuff on, to see what style looks good on everyone.

One of the many times I was a bridesmaid we had a wide range os sizes and had a GREAT dress that looked beautiful on everyone. It was two pieces -- an a line skirt and a top with a v-neck and some beeding along the bottom. We found that satin was the best fabric -- some of the more flowy fabrics were too much for the larger-sized girls. I wish I could wear the dress for another wedding I am in this November.

I had the same problem. I went to The Wedding Plaza of baldwin, and they got dresses by Emme. Even the girls who were thin and average said they wish all manufacturers of Bm dresses would cut there dresses so nicely. I think they have a website. I do not have it, you might need to do a search. Hope this helps!

SReidy's dress is my favorite to date to solve that problem...

my girls are various shapes and sizes and i elected to go with a 2 piece - custom made beaded top with A line skirt, this way they can mix and match if they elect to wear the outfit again...

I did two peices I have Bm from 2-24 it looks great on all and it just seems flattering for them all . My dresses are by Impressions

I let all the girls wear different dresses. They were all Bill Levkoff, and I chose 15 tops, 3 skirts & 4 full dresses & they each chose which one they wanted.

My suggestion ( Which I have done for another wedding and I will do for mine) is that you pick out a color and 1 gown maker and you let the gilrs pick the dress they like and which fits best on them... It look great, and everyone is happy

A corset top is pretty for all sizes... My MOH is a 24 and my BMs are all pretty small. A corset kinda sucks it in!!!LOL It also gives you a nice shape
