NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss(UPDATED!!!!)
I have been so hungry this week . . . I have been on ww since September and have lost 23 pounds and have been on maintenance for 2-3 months. All of a sudden this week I have been FAMISHED and not following program to a T. As a matter of fact, today I fell of the wagon completely. I used my flex points this past weekend so I don't have them to fall back on. Today we had a luncheon at work and I ate very little, but high point foods. Then I came home famished and ate again. I really messed up program today and feel so disappointed with myself since I have benn doing so good for so long. I am going to go back to being strict starting tomorrow, but am so nervous about weighing in on Saturday because I know I will probably show a 2 -3 pound gain. I am so sad, I guess I just needed to vent . . . I can definitely use some support . . .

Re: NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss
Dont be so rough on yourself. The more you stress out the worse it will get.
Take a big deep breath and realize you can overcome this. Just patience and concentration. We all have a slip. Even those who aren't on WW. You just need to pick yourself up and eat right again.
You haven't failed yourself. You just had a moment. It will pass if you want it to. Don't over think it or you'll get stuck in it.

Re: NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss
i am probably not the best person to give weight loss advice, BUT, don't let one bad week get you down. just try to re-focus your goals and you will get back on track. don't dwell on what you did, nothing can be done to change it. just focus on the weeks and months ahead and you will do great. hang in there, you'll get through this.

Re: NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss
I'm on WW as well. Don't be too hard on yourself. Some days are going to be harder to stay on program than others. So you fell off the wagon. Get right back on tomorrow. And don't be too hard on yourself.

Baby its okay. I hope you don't plan on being perfect all the time while your on this diet. So you had a bad day, don't get down on yourself. I think your perfect. Even if you put on a pound or two, I still love you the same.

Re: NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss
Believe me, I know it's hard. I lost almost 40 pounds on WW almost 2 years ago. Maintaining can be the hardest part. The main thing is NOT to dwell when you have a bad day...it will definitely carry over to the next if you do that. Choke it up to a bad moment and vow to start again ASAP. At least that's how I've kept mine off (and exercise of course)! Good luck!

That's so sweet!! Don't beat yourself up. You're allowed to give in to your cravings every once and a while. Just remember that you have come so far and you did not go backwards. You'll look beautiful on your day!!!

don't be so hard on yourself... 23 pounds is amazing and you should be very proud.. 2 or 3 pounds is nothing.

That's awesome...23 pounds is an accomplishment. Don't beat yourself up over a day or too of endulge. If you don't do that every once and a while...you'd go nuts! Just start the next day fresh and try to flush it out with lots of water...

Re: NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss
Funny, I have been on ww since september and lost 23 lbs! Is that a magic number?? I am also trailing behind the wagon. I think after being good for so long, that you just hit a point where you can't help it. I had such will power and now I feel like it's gone. I need to get back on the horse, so I totally feel your pain!

Please, I feel bad for having an entire pack of starbursts, and two bags of chex mix (small) in addition to lunch and breakfast...I'm not even on weight watchers and i still feel guilty!

Re: NWR: Having a really tough week- Re: Weight loss
Don't worry about it...tomorrow is another day. If you're really worried about weigh-in, get some activity points in for today and tomorrow. You might be surprised bc last week I had a horrible week, didn't workout much and went over my flex points by 6. And guess what I ended up not gaining (or losing).
Congrats on losing 23lbs and maintaining.
