Ladies Workout Express, Updated. I finally joined
Anyone a member? I was thiking about joining tomorrow. I hope in 6 weeks I can make some sort of change. Right now I am out of control...
Well, I fianlyy joined today and the lady said if I work my butt off and go 5 days a week I will be able to see results in 6 weeks. Nothing like waiting to the last minute.

Isn't LWE similar to Curves? I know people who have seen results in Curves after a short period of time.

Yes, it is Danielle..LOL. By the way I saw your casual day pictures, they are beautiful. And I have to say I am a little jealous. Scott and I never got ours done and now I have no pictures for the video.. We have very few to choose from.

LWE is a lot like curves. When I was going to cirves (i've gotta go back, but I have injuries, etc), I saw results within a week. Not stuff that anyone else might notice, but I did see a lot of improvement in my muscle tone. I highly reccomend it!

I am joining on Tuesday! A few of my work friends go to the one near my work and love it. I hope to see results quickly! They all said it just depends on how hard you work at the machines--you can not break a sweat, or work hard and really feel it at the end...

It's in the shopping center with Green Cactus. To answer the other question, it is just like Curves--just a half hour, and you do a round on all different machines that exercise your whole body in that half hour. I will take before and after pics

It is actually pretty cheap--they told me no registration fee, $25 a month, and they are letting me do 6 months because we are moving and I don't know if I would rather have a place near the condo where we will be living. It may be a little more than $25 because I get a discount for working at the university...I think it is just $5 off a month or something tho. Hope to see you there!

I called and asked about joining for 3 months and they told me $49. I know the longer you join the less it costs.
Also my friend originally joined the one in Lindenhurst b/c it was nera where is worked. Now is wans to switch to one by her house and they told her no. they said she would have to get a doctors note. I am going to go tomorrow to find out info and probably join. I'm hoping in 6 weeks I w ill be able to see results.
