About posting NWR things on this board.

This is just my opinion, so no one feel offended.

Sometimes, I personally would rather post SOME NWR on this board, just because I feel as if I can trust your opinions more, rather just on a different board. I think of the 05ers as extended family.

Just had to post that. I've been meaning to for a couple of days.

I will say one thing. Please, can we not apologize for stating opinions. Opinions are just that, and we are here to listen and learn.
I would hope that we are at a place where opinions can be shared in an open forum.

i totally agree deb, I also agree with posting some NWR things on here. I am never on the NWR thread cause i am too addicted to this and BHB, so it would be a nice change of pace every now and then!

agreed!

I'm for posting NWR on the board sometimes - (Not constantly!). I think it adds a bit of personality - it makes the '05 different from the B2B

my thought on this whole topic is also this:

Most of the ladies have a WHOLE year until their weddings. Im sure that once we get into 2005, this board will become MUCH more 'wedding serious',, but for right now, its a combination, and a place to get to know the girls that are going to be by your side throughout the rest of your planning.

i totally agree... i'm only 4 months away (and wayyyy behind on the planning and need Much help!!).

i think, not to sound too cliche, but seriously, Moderation is key. i dont think people should feel guilty for posting NWR on 05, but it shouldnt overtake the whole board either.

(btw.. i didnt really word that earlier post in the best way that i could have (i was at work and distracted)--- i dont think that this should become an NWR board w/ just a few wedding threads, but i think that the nwr's arent that bad as long as there is a BAlance)

i also didnt mean to sound like i was talking for all of the 05 girls either (and re-reading it, i think it came across like that by mistake)... i appologize for that

I do agree with this thread... but i think there are different kinds of NWR threads... there are the ones that are more getting to know you type things, which i think can be limited...

Then there are the ones where you find out something super exciting (ie you're becoming an aunt, got a new job, ect.) or something bad has happened and you really need advice...

I hope that these types of threads aren't limited.. Though, something like 'i just got the new _____ cd/dvd/angel bag (sorry, bad shopaholic reference

)' might be more appropriate for the NWR board...

I don't know, just an opinion

ETA: A bit of clarification.. by limiting getting to know you threads, i just mean if you see there have been 2 or 3 posted during the day, maybe try to hold off on posting another so that the board isn't entirely overrun with them...

Also, we don't want to run out!

I like posts that are NWR just as much. We have all grown a bond and can talk like friends and friends share things together(even if some of us have never met)
