QOTD: so how much do u really tell ur friends..about ur sex life?

Do you tell ur girlfriends/guy friends, intimate details of u and SO's relationship? Where do u draw the line? Did you talk more about ur intimate encounters when you were single?

Personally for me I think the more serious I am about a guy, the less I tell my friends. When Im with a guy and its just a hook up or a guy Im dating but not in a relationship with I dont mind spilling details..and juicy ones at that..lol

also tho i might add i hafta censor each story accoring to my friends tastes. for example my friend L, is freaky as can b and wants to know it all!!! size, ****** potential, positions lmao...

but on the other side, my friend D is quite the 'good girl' and all she ever gets is 'yeah we kissed alittle, and fooled around' never any dirty words for that girl

I'll tell my best friend if something special happens with DH-like an interesting place or a really great night. But I wont go into too many details. The four of us (me and DH and her and her DH) are all best friends so it would be a little strange.

When I was single my old best friend and I use to be very open about experiences.

I tell certain friends certain things....like my bestest friend knows we are TTC, she's the only one. I told her the details of our first TTC encounter....teehee without being gross of course.

Other friends I'll tell general stuff....new places or if it's great/not so great.

I don't tell my friends anything about my personal life (sex life), I think that those who do the most talking are the ones that embellish the most!
My sex life is between me and my SO - its nobodys business what goes on in my bedroom!

I dont talk to anyone about what goes on in the bedroom.
Our family knows about what I mentioned yesterday. So for me its nothing except for yesterdays little thing. You learn from experience on that. so i have no problem discussing it.

Michi, I agree with what you said about the more serious you are with someone, the less you tell. I have a guy friend who I'm very close to, and when I was younger, I used to talk to him about the physical aspects of my relationships...he always asked. After awhile, I stopped talking to him about me and Brad. He STILL asks every time we get together, and I just tell him it's none of his business.

I have two very close girlfriends who I talk to about this stuff.

I agree. When I was younger, I used to tell my 2 best friend everything, then as time went on, we've told each other less and less, basically. The most I hear form is my firned who is single, my best guy friend is in a relatonsip he tells me nothing. I haven't told either of them anyting, I think, since the first time. I'm sure I could talk to them about it if I wanted to, but I don't see why they want to hear it, and I don't feel any distinct need to talk about it
