Marina Del Rey?
Does anyone know where Marina Del Rey is located or whether they have a website? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm just doing some basic research and I got stuck here. Thanks.

Re: Marina Del Rey?
Hi Rina,They are located in the Bronx (Throggs Neck section). I haven't seen a website for them but we went to see it and booked it on the spot...They are renovating the entire hall...they just redid the smaller room and it is beautiful. If you have any questions, please feel free to FM me.

It's in the Bronx. I went to wedding there last year..it was beautiful and classy, and the view was beautiful and I loved going outside during the reception, there was a beautiful outdoor area. it must also be a great place to take pictures!

Re: Marina Del Rey?
I just went to a wedding there last Saturday... the food was very good...the view is supposed to be gorgeous to take pictures outside, unfortunately last week the weather was crappy. But it's a very pretty place.

Did you take any pictures? Was the room spacious? Where was the CH? I'm definitely going to go and check it out.

Re: Marina Del Rey?
MY SECOND CHOICE!!!I absolutely loved it.
They are totally redoing it too.
I would recommend it so much!
You have to go there!
I chose westbury manor b/c I felt they gave me more food and it was closer to home / more convient for guests to travel to.
But go see it...pretty amazing.

Re: Marina Del Rey?
Rina - the cocktail hour was in a big long room with lots of room, the dinner was also in a big room overlooking the water, in the back. I'll see if I have any pictures that would show it. If I find them, I'll post them.

Re: Marina Del Rey?
my cousin had his reception there and it was great. The CH hour was amazing, although they payed for a lot of xtras. The food was just amazing. I was not crazy about the room they were in, but if they are renovating it, I am sure it will be amazing

My stepfather was there about a month ago for a work function and was raving about the place, and he's not easily impressed. The photos look beautiful!

Re: Marina Del Rey?
Ohhh wow. Thank-you so much. I haven't been online for a little while and just now I saw the thread I posted about Marina Del Rey and I am amazed. Lillian, I can't thank-you enough for those pictures. It looks gorgeous. I'm really suprised that they don't have a website. Marina Del Rey is officially on my 'must look at hall'.Welcome New Vendors
