Question.....need advice....kinda long...sorry

OK...I went on my 2nd invterview today...the first interview was on 10/27...2nd intvw was originally scheduled for last wed. but was rescheduled b-cause the Regional VP got called away on business (he's the one I'd ultimately be working for)...anyway, it was rescheduled for 2day...
I get there and they tell me that he was called away on business AGAIN, but that I should meet with another person...someone I would have had to meet anyway during this whole process...so I go into the interview and it goes GREAT!! only now I have to wait for them to call me to set up yet a THIRD interview!! ugh..I am getting frustrated....
does this happen often??

I know its painstakingly inconvenient, but yes this happens all the time. For my job I had to interview once with HR, once with my manager and once with the director. It took close to 3 months to get hired. It was a pain, but well worth it!! Hang in there. If they are calling you back for so many interviews, it means they are truly interested in hiring you!! Good luck!!

For my current job it took from Feb-April and I went back 4 times!

Good luck, and hang in there. It's a good sign that they're calling you back!
