Are you using any house vendors? My cousin told me Pedestals just became one, so YES!

Favorite part of the Floral Terrace: I must say, the ballroom just blew me away. I loved the raised dance floor plus the beautiful ceiling! A big plus is the one wedding at a time!

PS My only 'downfall' with FT is their bathrooms too...has anyone said anything? Who knows, maybe if we all speak up, something can be done???

The 'not on the same floor' thing I can deal with....I just wish they were prettier!!!! A pretty place needs pretty bathrooms!

Hi girls! First, thanks everyone and second, I swear a sacred oath to keep this alive! I am going to post all of my pictures as soon as they get resized! They are huge and I have such problems. I'll also throw them on a photo album page for future reference. I also did video but haven't checked that out but if there is any way to post that, I will.

In terms of the bathrooms - I was not happy about this. How do you nicely (or not so nicely) tell them. I don't care that they aren't on the same floor, I just think some easy work can make them nice. They need more than two sinks, the yukky pink partitions need to go.

Ok. Those are my thoughts.

I hope we get more girls...it's like a hidden gem (besides the bathrooms )

I have to agree...Everything is beautiful but the bathrooms are not the best! I am not even sure if they would do something about them bc I am sure they have been confronted about the before...Plus, I do not want any construction ongoing when any of us are getting married! Do you think we should just grin & bear it for the sake of that??

Good point Kristen....I guess I will just have to spend more MONEY and make them nice myself...bathroom baskets....flower arrangements...etc! As if I wasn't spending enough!!!

Oooh candles are a GREAT idea...hopefully they alow them in the bathroom?

Hmm...planning....just hair/makeup and dress since the last time we spoke (I think). Oh and we had our engagement party which was fun.

Next, we have to find the DJ (we've been procrastinating).

Are you using any house vendors?:Yes, I used the florist, Atlantic Florist in Freeport and I loved them, they did a great job!

Who is your BM?: Marianne, she was great

Fav. part of Floral Terrace: Besides the food, my whole day ran very smooth. There was a little 'drama' during cocktail hour with 2 of the groomsmen and it was quickly resoved by the maitre'd. I loved how the whole place was waiting outside for me when we pulled up in the limo. They treated you like you are a queen and did anything for you. If you have any questions, FM me. As far as the bathrooms, i really didn't hear anyone complain about them

The only thing left for us is to do limos, Band or dj & HM...The rest of the major stuff is already booked...I am going to meet with the florist next week...I ordered my dress in Nov & the BM dresses too!

I think I remember seeing your engagement party pictures?? I could be wrong! My mind is shot lately!

thanks for the info on the bathrooms... i do think they need to do some little things. they could do small things like replace the dividers with better ones. they could make sure it is extremely clean - even replace the floor and put in those fun 'theatre' lights like the ones in the bridal suite.

that would take like a week to do.... it's worth a shot!

we are getting married 10-21-2005
Well i went to their past showcase it was fun. So i don't think i am going to their next.
I am using their florist (Atlantic floral showcase) it was actually the cheapest price out of six florists that we saw.

i am working with Marianne she is just a sweetheart!!!!

My fav part of floral terrace is..... the attention and that i will be the ONLY bride that night.
