Buff Brides @ New York Sports Club

Has anyone done this program or know somebody that has? I am thinking of signing up but I was hoping to hear from some people that have done it first about how well it worked, etc. I exercise on my own already (cardio & strength) so it won't be like I am starting from scratch. Mostly looking to lose inches and tone up. Any help would be appreciated!!

It's one on one training twice a week for twelve weeks - one hour sessions.

I was interested but it was too rich for my blood. It was like $1,800 or something. I just did a 5 pack of training session to get me jump started.

Wow I was going to call and get a price but that is def out of my range...NYSC is so overpriced...I was a member there and cancelled bc every other month they were increasing dues...

I personally love NYSC and feel that it's worth the money because I can go at work or at home. I just didn't budget well enough or leave enough time to be able to do this.
My clock now says 53 days and I'm about ready to stroke out.
