Is 3 weeks before the wedding two late
to have final meetings with your vendors? I am flying into NY on June 23 for my shower and would like to meet with all the vendors that week before the 4th, three weeks before. Should I make plans to fly in before that in April???

Contact your vendors and see what you can do via e-mail, then set up the meetings. That way most of the potential problems will be worked out before hand. I'm sure they'll understand this since you are an OOT bride.

I'm sure most vendors are more flexible with out of town brides, but just to be on the safe side I suggest like everyone to contact them and get the clear okay.
