How nasty and inconsiderate they are. I went to purchase my invitations there Despite all your warnings, girls. They had great service at the sell but that soon ended!
I was just getting a few last minute invites put together and realized that I was 25 outer envelopes short. When i called they immediately started with 'our policy....counting b4 u leave...blah blah blah!' I understand all that but i really only needed 10 or so more, no help, they got the manager Bob on the phone. Bob was so stubborn and rude he flat out said that he would not send me any envelopes and cut me off every attempt i made to defend my plight! I became so frustrated after 10 minutes of just trying to get some darn envelopes that I said ' Wow you seem to be living up to your rep' He then said 'SO WHY DID YOU BOTHER COMING HERE IF WE HAD SUCH A BAD REP? YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER COME HERE...BUH BYE!' When i asked him is last name or position he said none of your buisness. You dont need it!! I tried 1 more x to respond, and try for some envelopes but he again repeated Buh- Bye with a snide attitude and hung up on me!! b I HATE CWC!!!!!!

I would definitely file a complaint with the BBB. That is awful. A customer should never be treated that way!

Goodness, I'm sooo sorry! I actually met Bob for the first time tonight when picking up a BM dress, he is an oddball for sure!!!

They really are not a high customer service oriented place. I ordered 5 bm's dresses and 3 fg dresses from them , and we had 3 major problems....SO not worth the cheap price..

Bob was putting down other ' bridal stores' , when my BM talked about where she got her wedding dress, I dont like that at all!

Sorry about your bad experience, I hope they start cleaning up their act!

thanks....i dont know i guess you get what u pay for. Id rather just pay more and not have such a knot in my stomach!!

We went for bm dresses for my friend's wedding last year & walked right out. They were very unorganized in there & not very nice. Sorry to hear you had to deal w/ that.

OMG I cant believe that!!!!! I am sorry but if it were me I would drive right over there and give him a piece of my mind!!!!

BUT that is the wrong thing to do of course. I would file a complaint with the BBB and spread this story whenever you have the opportunity.

Can you get your envelopes somewhere else?

My fmil said i better not give up if not for the fact that i spent $800 than for the principal!
I on the other hand dont want to focus my happy event on such stupidity...but im am reallly angry ....i may just send out the invites with the inner envelope only

OH GOD... I went to a wedding expo and that clown was doing the MC for the fashion show... I was so appalled by him making fun of other bridal store. He mixed up all the cards and had no idea what any of the girls were wearing... What a jerk... Call the BBB and report his weird butt.

So sorry about your experience. I went there to look for bridesmaid dresses and swore I would never go back there again! They are not professional and rude, in my opinion.

I will not be going there for anything. My friend and I went there looking at dresses for her wedding (her gown and BMs). We walked in and started looking at gowns and after 10 minutes this woman approached us and yelled at us that we had to 'sign in and wait to be called'. For some unknown reason, we waited and while we waited, I got to see Bob firsthand. He is a J-O-K-E! He came to us and said 'while you wait, we have plenty of other things you can spend money on!' We were like yeah ok whatever and he was walking around telling everyone that.

My friend did find the dress she liked there and asked them to write down the designer and style # for her so that she could show her mother online and it turns out that they gave her THE WRONG DESIGNER AND A MADE UP #!!! She called and spoke to Bob....and he gave it to her after about 10 min on the phone trying to act stupid.

She told him that she was ready to cancel her flower order at that point since she had already placed it with them.

I know of someone else who got screwed with the alteration costs.

Very shady!

When looking for my day, I wouln't consider them, even though their prices are best around. I found places will come close or match it.

Let the Buyer Beware I guess....

I called there the other day looking to see if they had the bridal gown sample I want in stock and it was like 10 minutes till they opened, and the woman was like I can't help you now we aren't open. That's when I decided to never call there again.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience!! I hope you get your envelopes!!!

I had called yesterday just to see when my dress was supposed to come in, I had forgot. I think I got that guy on the phone.... I was soooo pressured into getting everything there..the tuxes, the invitations, the flowers, blah blah blah...totally turned off. Whatever, I have my dress, it's in....and that's all I'm going to do. The woman I dealt with was sooo nice, though...so up until my phone call yesterday with this yahoooooo, all was ok..but I do have to say that for those items that we haven't taken care of yet..not getting them there. If I feel at all pressured to buy something no matter where I am..I leave. I hate it!:)

I cant believe that this place is still in business after treating customer that way... spread the word around everywhere you can so other brides dont have to go through the same thing... and yes report their a$$es to BBB

Ohmigod that is awful!!! I would be soooo pissed! I definitly think you should report them to the BBB.
