That's what I was thinking and how can they even sell that and the property. I originally thought it was near the trailer park but realized it was near the RR station. There is not bathroom, nothing, how can they sell that is what I want to know!

The other thing I just noticed is that the sign hanging on the fence says Police Impound Yard- I don't get this whole situation.
