Creative Question: How to give my FH his engagement gift?

It's a long time post-due, but I am finally giving my FH his engagement gift - a gift certificate to World Of Golf store in NY. Can you help me think of any cute ways to present the certificate to him besides putting it in a card????? thanks!!!!!!!!!!

what about making like a basket and putting some golf balls and golf towel and golf picture frame. all golf themed gifts. and then put the gift card in the middle.
