Westbury Manor Girls...Garden City Hotel
I had called them to look into prices for our OOT guests. I'm not sure if what I got quoted was a fair price to ask my guests to pay. They gave me the following (by fair I mean TOO EXPENSIVE):
$175 for double bed
$195 for King
I am waiting for them to get back to me because it occurred to me that I'm not sure what they mean by "double-bedded" room...does that mean TWO double beds or ONE full bed?
If its two beds I don't think the price is that crazy...if you spilt it between two couples its about $100 each...
Basically, I want to know: Would you feel like that was too much to pay for a hotel room for one night?
I know we can stay at other hotels but we figured after the reception everyones going to want to continue the party and GCH is the only one near our hall that has somewhere for everyone to go...any other hotel suggestions

I never called Garden City Hotel for pricing but I can tell you I received pricing from the Mariott in Uniondale for $159 & the Wingate in Garden City for $139! So that pricing you received is right in line with everyone else!

thats what they quoted me also, we decided to book The Best Western in RVC (the old Holiday Inn) They have a bar in there also, Tredwells. My OOT guests arepaying $135
