I would love it! Even if you don't watch it that often it's so nice to look back on esp when you get a little older.

I would say yes. If I was close enough to the bride and groom to be in the wedding party, then I would be close enough to want a video. I wouldn't want them to spend any extra $$ on it though.

no, b/c i know i would never watch it. yes its a nice token, but if i was close to the couple, i'd hope to be invited over to watch

Only if it didn't come at any extra cost to the couple...we get free VHS copies of ours so I will offer that to my BP. Someone like my brother's wedding...I definetely would but a friends wedding probably not

it definitely depends on the relationship between myself and the bride. my sister, yes! a friend of mine who I was MOH for and don't speak to anymore - NOOOOOO

we gave 'summary' DVD's to our bridal party. We gave full copies to our aunts. They ALL loved them!

I ask because we watched our DVD with our bridal party, and a few people asked for a copy Its no big deal for me to copy it myself, but I just thought it was odd that people would want our wedding video. I mean, I hear of brides and grooms who never watch their own video.

If I were family I would want one, but if a friend I would say no. I mean I may watch it once or twice and then thats it. I would rather have like the bride and groom over and all watch it together. I would prefer like pictures to have around of the wedding than the video. But how sweet that they asked, I would consider it a compliment

i would not want one if i was in my sister wedding or a best freinds i know that ever time i go to her house she would want to watch it i wuld not want her to spend the money one me

I think it depends on how close a person is to the bride and groom AND to the rest of the guests. If you invited a lot of friends to the wedding, the video is a movie of all of your friends having fun and some people may like that because it is like someone captured the type of fun you shared all through the years as friends.

I'm not even planning on getting video done on my own wedding - because I know I would hardly watch it. I think it is a nice gesture, but I know I would prob. never watch it

so many people are asking to see mine and complaining about it, I'm thinking I just might start randomly mailing them out so I dont have to hear about it anymore! So DEF yes!

I wouldn't want the couple to spend the money to make for me b/c I don't think I'd watch it.

Depends on how close I am to the couple getting married and whether or not it came as an extra cost to the couple.
