East End Weddings
I was just wondering, for those of you having your receptions out east........what hotels (if any) are you blocking rooms at and what (if any) shuttles are you using???I just mailed back the contract to the Best Western E. End and the rooms are 189$ a night with a complimentary bus that holds 14 people for every 15 rooms booked......I don't think thats quite fair considering if you think about it there are at least 2 people to a room and that would be 30 people at least!
I need to find a shuttle that will fit more people and perhaps travel further if I decide going with a more inexpensive hotel.???
HELP ME PLEASE!!! Any suggestions are sooooooooooooo much appreciated!

I am using the Radison and the rooms are $99 a night and I hired a coach bus to shuttle people. The bus cost me $600 for all day

i just realized that too!
also- the time of year has a lot to do with price...the radisson or any other hotel in that area isnt going to be much less if less at all- they are all competing for business on a holiday weekend...
