Did anyone buy their E-rings or wedding bands at Zales?

I saw a beautiful ring there and was wondering how there service and if there quality is good?

JT and I looked there for our rings, but found them to be a little overpriced. Just make sure you talk them down on the price!

we got our wedding bands there and did well on the prices. We were very happy with their service and the rings

This is where I found a wedding band that I love, I can't find it on their web site though - I was hoping to find a pic to bring to the place my FI got my e-ring.

They are retail, so definitely expensive. As for quality, they're retail...get their diamonds wholesale and don't really stress quality over quantity (many girls hear 2 carats and thin it's great, but carat is only one part of the equation to a beautiful stone.

I couldn't agree more. Always go and know about what you are looking for and what's a good price for what you want and like.

I found rings similar to what I wanted for a wedding band, (thin band with channel set diamonds..only 1/2 way around) at other places but they were out of my price range. I got a really good deal at zales and it was during a great sale!

My FH got my ring at Zales... It also helped that my FBIL had worked there at the time too...

I got my e-ring and my wedding band from Zales... and I love them both... I go in all the time for cleaning... I actually was just there last night! They are really nice... and know me and my FH by heart now!

I guess its all about who you talk to... just like any store...

BUT... you can talk them down.

Plus... I even got to pick my Diamond out of loose Diamonds... It was the coolest thing... I even got to hold it with those little tong thingys!

Its the little things the excite me... the TONGS!

We get everything there. One of my diamonds fell out of my band and they replaced it no questions asked. I got the protection on it.

I had a bad experience with Zales.

My FH bought a pair of diamond studs for me and on one of the earrings the post was bent and the diamonds weren't great looking either. Then when we went to return them they said we had to wait for a refund check even though he paid in cash..then they didn't bother to let us know the check was there!
