NWR: my car left us stranded yesterday in PA

I have 2001 Accord that has a history of transmission failures. LONG story short, this is my 3rd transmission in the car. Yesterday some hose or something must have broke b/c it went crazy on us and we pulled over on 78W in PA. Trans fluid was all over the highway. We towed it to the nearest shop, and had to have my mom come pick us up hours later.

fixing my car or even buying a new one if need be is not in my budget for this year with the wedding almost 7 months away!!!!

That is horrible.... there is no warranty or anything? Three transmissions sounds like a lemon!

That is so horrible. Unexpected expenses like that are so stressful when wedding planning. I feel your pain. I hope it turns out to be nothing more than a $10 hose and some fluid.

Trust me, I feel your pain. I got into a fender bender yesterday with FH's car. The damage is minimal, just a dent on our car and a scratch and small dent on the other car, but it's still another expense we don't need right now!!!
