Good sushi!
Sushiya in RVC is soooo much better. It's a really small restaurant and they do a lot of pick up orders (they don't deliver), but it has amazing sushi. Their specialty rolls are great.

There used to be a really good one in New Hyde Park by the golf course, but they closed down earlier this year

Sushiya is on Merrick road and there's a few spots right in the front. There's also a lot in the back. The Kelman roll is a personal favorite of mine (and DH and my brother). Yummy.

Panda Garden on Park Ave which is Chinese/Japanese has great sushi - there is this amazing roll called a Valentine Roll. When I'm going out for sushi in LB, I like Yummy Yummy because it's all about 'all you can eat!'

I haven't eaten there in a while b/c I don't live in RVC anymore, but if I remember correctly, it's spicy tuna on the inside (some of those tempura crunchies are either on the outside or inside) and tuna on the outside with some type of yummy sauce on top. It's sooo good. They have so many specialty rolls. I recommend seeing a menu before ordering.
