A sample of my DIY invite!
I am soooo pleased with it! Besides the fact that I put THIS year and not NEXT year on the invite (oops) and typed marriage wrong (double oops), I still love it!! haha. Thank goodness for trial runs. But the style is exactly what I was striving for. Something a little funky, fun, crafty, and not super formal.

THANKS! The font for our names is called Cezanne. I love the effect it has on the T's.

omg you did a great job! too cute!!
sort of reminds me of this invite:
OMG that invite is gorgeous! And I recognize the paper used to wrap the invite. It's the same paper I am using from Paper Source, just in a different color.

I don't think I am going to wrap them, since the envelope liner is so strong a pattern. Maybe I will see how it looks with no liner, and wrapping them instead....hmmmm

Hey thanks!!!
Well, first off, I got ALL the supplies at Paper Source.
I ordered:
size A9 envelopes
size A9 flat cards
an RSVP card kit
and the paper for the envelope liners.
Then I used a layout program to create the actual invite and RSVP card. I used two fonts. They were Filosofia for the main font. And Cezanne was used for our names in script.
The RSVP cards need to be assembled, but they include directions, so that was pretty easy.
The only pain in the *** part was cutting out and glueing the envelope liner. It was a pain, but to me it was the best part of the invite, so I will suffer through.
