My worst 1st Christmas

My worst 1st Christmas

I hope you all had a better Christmas then I did. I ended up spending Christmas Eve alone, DH and I were all dressed and ready to go to his family's house when I noticed I began running a high fever. I stayed home while he went without me...he came back 3 hours later and took great care of me. The next day (Christmas Day) we went to my aunts house and to his mom's while we were there I began getting severe stomach pains, I called my doctor and she told me to go to the emergency room. Yes ladies, that is where DH and I spent the rest of our Christmas together

It turned out to be nothing serious (thank God). I was released early this morning and am feeling MUCH better.

I hope you all had a better Christmas then I did.

Just thought I share my 1st married Christmas experience.

Aww, I'm sorry you were feeling so sick. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious; glad your feeling better! Maybe the 2 of you can celebrate Christmas again once you're all better.

OMG! I am so sorry that you were so sick! There is definitely something going around, since my FBIL just spent Christmas Eve in the ER with a 104 degree fever.

Glad you are feeling better...

Hope you're feeling better. Unfortunately, 'tis the season to be sick. Everyone at my brothers house yesterday was sick and I think I've picked it up.

Aw Jackie, I am so sorry to heara bout your first married Christmas...I hope you're feeling much better!

And I have to say, this too was my worst Christmas, by far...so I know the feeling. I am so looking forward to next year.

I am sorry you were sick. I'm glad you are feeling better. We spent last year in the emergency room too because my neice had bells palsy and one side of her face was completely paralyzed.
