out of town guest?

Am I supposed to include something in the envelope of the guests that are out of town? Hotel rooms, transportation? I am not really positive on the etiquette in this matter. Please help

Re: out of town guest?

I would put in as much information as I can into the envelopes. When your OOT guests are figuring out what they are going to do, it's much easier for them if they have all the info they need in front of them so they know how feasible everything is.

...but I don't know the 'proper etiquette'

Re: out of town guest?

I would definitely include driving directions to the hotel, and ceremony and reception site. I would also include information on the hotel(s) you have set aside rooms for... usually the hotel will give you information you can place inside the invitiations. Let them know what date they need to book by to get the deal. Other than that, that's all I've seen and usually that's enough. they shoudl be able to make the arrangements on their own and/or they can call you if they have questions.
