Reception Halls with small guarantees

I was wondering if you guys could help me narrow down my search. I keep calling different places and I don't have enough for the guarantees they need (even for Friday nights). I know I could probably help myself if I considered an afternoon wedding but that isn't exactly what I want. The highest I can go up to is 125 ppl. We are probably inviting between 140-150.

I am getting very frustrated becasue I get my hopes up alittle about different places I see then when I call I can't even consider them.

the fox hollow has a garantee of 110 in the winter garden pavillion room and my final count was 125... i invited a little over 150

stewart manor country club has a min of 100 people for a fri evening wedding in august...def check them out

DeSeversky has a 100 minimum even for a Saturday night.

Check out the Roslyn Claremont Hotel... We were allowed to guarantee about 100 for a Holiday Monday... although we ended up guaranteeing 125.

Both are very quaint and historic, if that's what you are interested in.

Glen Island only asked for a 125 person guarantee for a Saturday night during the summer

I would try Chateau Briand because they are very flexible and will work with your needs. Also, I really liked George Washington Manor, and even San Souci is good for smaller weddings.

Brentwood Country Club expects 100 people, receptions are from 1-6pm or 7-12am.

Timber Point has guarentees from 100-125 for even fri and sat 's

And VERY resonable pricing with total pkg!

I had about 125 in the CLM downstaris room and my wedding was AMAZING and the room was the perfect size!!!!!!!!

George Washington Manor has a min gaurentee of 95ppl and their rates are great!
