hey randi---how's hoboken? i'm itching to move out of our box of a condo and into a house... just can't decide where though---dh's family is out here in chicago, and mine back in new york.

Hoboken is great-- we are really liking it- def needed a change from Manhattan.. As for a house though- unless you have millions to buy a brownstone-- it's all condos here! But there are other areas where you can probably get a town house-- it's just not as close to the city.
