Wedding Dress...Too Simple?

Does anyone think this is too simple for a wedding dress? It's very simple but expensive at nearly 700 - probably another 150 more for alterations. I'm very petite and even a size 2 would not fit. :(

Your thoughts? Maybe I should just find a simple gown and cheaper dress and buy a sash similar to the one in the dress for it? Where would I get a simple dress like this?

I think its lovely. PLus, if you are that petite where a size 2 is too big I think simple is best. That dress will look so elegant on your frame and you wont get lost in it.

I agree. I'm very small, too and when I tried on big dresses I felt tiny and overwhelmed by them. I think that dress is beautiful, so if you love it, go for it.

the dress is beautiful, and if you really like it then you should get it, it doensn't matter how elaborate it is.

Any simple dress is the perfect platform to add jewelry or a headpiece that might be too elaborate to wear with a really detailed dress.

It's a gorgeous gown and the sash gives it just enough decoration!

I agree, if you love the dress you can dress it up with larger jewlery and possiby a tiara if you want.

its beautiful! and i agree... if you're tiny, a simple dress without too much beading, etc is best... my friend is very tiny- tall, but VERY skiinny... and she wore a dress similar to that and it was very pretty!!

I do not think it is too simple. The dress I am actually looking into is also very simple. Probably even more simple than the one you are considering except for a fuller skirt. I love it!
