Our travel agent died and they can't find our paperwork! (Beware)

I feel bad that I'm angry because the woman died. But the agency just called Friday afternoon and said we owed them more money. They can't find the paperwork she had and they say our honeymoon is more than what we paid. Considering our final payment was given 1 month ago, we thought we were done.

We kept begging the woman for stuff in writing. She kept saying she'd get back to us. She prided herself on being able to do a lot over the phone. At first we liked it because Mike and i rarely have time off together, so it was easy. But the last 6 months have been torture. How could we be so stupid?

We begged. We finally got stuff in writing and it was for another couple. It was their itinerary and bill!!! So, we had to send it back. I can't believe this, we are smart people. How did this happen to us?

But, of course, the travel agency calls when they are nearly ending their day. So they said we can resolve this on TUESDAY!!! Are you kidding me? Our wedding is in 6 weeks, but they can't stay past 5:00?!?!?! Give me a f'n break. If you need more info, please FM me. Their initials are S T S

Don't panic! Wait till tuesday. You should be fine if you have your receipts that you paid!

Aww, Kelly! I'm so sorry you are having this trouble! I agree with the other girls...don't panic yet. Wait to see what happens on Tuesday. Maybe you should go down there and meet with whoever is in charge. Just be tough, you were given a price and you paid it! They can't change the price now!
