Help me pick my dress! with pic

Hey girls, here are two dresses that I am debating. Sorry about the photos, they were snapped with a camera phone! The lace top dress is a size too small which is why it's sitting a lot higher and the lace is a little folded over... it would sit better in my size. The other dress has a satin pick up bottom that isn't really showing in the picture

number 1!! The detailing on the top of that is beatiful and the skirt looks richer in the satin than the organza
