Miss Eliana!!! Queen of the 07 Boards!!!

Before I go into why I chose this amazing woman, I need to preface this post with my little view and philosophy about character, values, and leadership:

Character is the cumulative effect of the most desirable character qualities found in a person. We define our own character and our own moral values. A righteous and upright moral character is a reflection of diligence, consistency, passion, and a strive and ambition to be the best you can be, and always try and better yourself.
Values influence conduct. What you believe will influence what you do. In our cases on this board, it influences our posts, our words, our actions towards others. Some of us pretend to be something we are not, some of us may act completely different on these boards than we do in person, regardless, our personalities shine through. However, if you are not yourself, you cannot hide it forever, the truth always comes out in these posts. On leadership, there are very few people born into this world as true leaders. A person with true leadership values has the capability to captivate and motivate people, without sacrificing their own character or values. Leadership is character in action. Enjft encompasses all these characteristics in which I value most. And it is for all these reasons I chose Eliana.

We all know her...ENJFT! Words cannot express how I feel about this individual. Nor are there enough wonderful things to say about her..otherwise we'd be here forever. She is such an asset. She's all over the boards. She knows no strangers. She is everyone's friend. She is willing to give a helping hand or piece of advice wherever asked of her. And usually her response is immediate, and true from the heart. She is one of the most selfless people I know. She is a walking banner and advertisement for LIW and all her vendors. Just her excitement about her own wedding and vendors makes you want to book all of hers!!! LOL! Also, she is one of the most positive and optimistic people on these boards. Rarely, if ever, does anything negative ever come on one of her posts. Its always a blurb of excitement, cheerleading, or a compliment. She is that ray of sunshine after the rain, that feeling of an old friend's hand, she's the happiness and comfort of the 07 boards. She truly is one of our leaders. When things are slow, she has creative new threads. When someone is down, she brings them up. When someone is in a bind, she helps them out. And while dedicating a lot of her time to LIW, to her wedding, and others weddings, she is also busy with work, going to school, raising an amazing child and being an amazing mother, all the while being a loving and caring fiance. She is truly Amazing! Again, I could go on forever about all of her amazing qualities, but all of us on this board, we know them. Eliana is one of the best things to happen to these boards.

I am beyond honored, beyond blessed, and beyond flattered, to happily pass my crown to Miss ENJFT, Eliana. Her amazing character, her effectiveness and leadership values bring so much to us, and these boards are better for having her on it! I am blessed to call you my friend, as we all are. Congratulations Eliana, we love you, and you deserve this, you deserve more than this...YOU TRULY ARE AN AMAZING, INTELLIGENT, CAPTIVATING, AND BEAUTIFUL WOMAN!

Congrats on Bride of the Week, wear the crown with pride, sister!!

I had the pleasure to meet Eliana yesterday at the party! What a wonderful woman!! Friendly, funny, beautiful, enthusiastic!!! Great choice!!!!!!

Nina..... I was waiting for someone to crown the queen of the '07 boards!!! I take my hat off to Miss Eli as she is affectionally know to Giselle (JazzyT), Daphny (caligirl) and I.

I met miss Eli on these boards and as we got to know each other we found out how small this world really is. We found out that Eli's cousin is Fh's good friend(who use to live upstairs from us) from elemenataty school and that we live less than 10mins from each other. So our ties are MUCH deeper that LIW. lol

Small world huh....

Eliana has a bridal drive that I have never seen in ANYONE before- Eliana wants something and she goes for it.

Eliana- I remembered you in the begining stages when you first started looking for your RH and the frustrations that you were having.... and now look at you- The QUEEN OF THE '07 board.

Last week Monday you called me and e-mailed me at work as we spoke about 'something' and you told me how excited you were and I told you that you needed to stop b/c u were going to make me cry.... Eli.... I CAN NOT wait to witness you get married it WILL be a beautiful day!!!!!

Well words can not describe what a beautiful woman Eliana is! I couldn't wait to meet her yesterday! She is even sweeter in person! Her FH is just as sweet! What a wonderful couple!!!! CONGRATS GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eli-I truly think you deserve this crown. You have helped me tremendoulsy with my wedding planning thus far. All day long we are comparing prices to find the better deal, and you always win. I know I must be pain always asking you to send me the same link 10 times, but that's because I know you have it stored....I on the other hand cant retain it for nothing

You made me feel extra special last week when you called me while FH was in town to find out why I wasn't online.


I am also very excited to see your wedding day dream come true, you've worked VERY hard for it and you derserve to enjoy EVERY bit of it.
