NWR: FH's Birthday! I need gift ideas.

FH's bday is on April 25th and I want to do something special for him. Something like taking a hot air balloon ride or something in the city. Any suggestions?

They have the Hellicopter tours in the city.

There's a place upstate that does hot air balloons but a ride for 2 is not cheap. My friends BF surprised her with this and it was like $600 (included picnic basket lunch and bottle of wine)

Ok..let's revise..I'm looking for either a gift or idea for him that won't break my budget...after all, we are getting married in less than 5 months!

Last year I surprised FH w/ a helicopter ride around Manhattan, it wasn't too crazy $ wise & was something we'll always remember.

For his 30th I almost booked a day of racing (he drives a racecar around a real track 8 times or something after training & gets to suit up, etc.), but then we ended up going away instead.

Or what about a day in AC w/ him or a weekend getaway?
