I HAD them.......I was going to use them on our wedding day because I wasn't wearing a bra, but since my seamstress was this years ultimate dumb AS@, my dress was too tight to put ANYTHING in SO, I was duct taped into my dress, literally! 
BUT, on other occassions I have used them and they are OK. Just be sure they're placed right and you should be OK :)

I bought those last night for my 1st fitting, but they arent VS. They are gel cups that stick to you body and you dont feel them. They are fab!!!
I highly recommend them. Just make sure your dress isnt too loose on the top, or else they might fall off. Otherwise, they are really good. They gave me excellent cleavage!

I think its with the bra. It says pushups so I guess its to give you a lift

either way. You can wear it with a bra to give extra cleavage..but I am not wearing a bra with my dress ..just the gel. It sticks to your body. Its pretty neat. And its made of silicone, so its very soft and comfy. They have them at bloomies and stuff too.

I love my chicken cutlets. I found that if you buy a bra one size bigger the inserts fit better.

I wear them and find them very comfortable. This is coming from a girl who has no cleavage what so ever without them.
