Vendor Rave - Honeymoon Finally Booked - Sorry so long

Hello Ladies and Everyone else!!-
Guess what - We finally booked our honeymoon this week with only 4 weeks left until our wedding, thanks to the most patient travel agent in the world Tom. [email protected]
I know that he gets raves on here all the time but I have to sit and tell you all about the torture I put this man thought and he made it thought and still makes me laugh on the phone. ?

ALSO I just wanted to thank everyone for there great advice - THE advice I get on here is always the BEST!! And you Once again have not let me down.

I am a planner. I love to travel but I was going crazy with all my wedding plans and I read on here that Tom was the person to go to. So e-mailed Tom Varghese about some ideas that My FH and had on where we wanted to go for our honeymoon – about 4-5 months ago.

He asked me about 5- 6 key questions to get a feel of what I wanted and expected on my honeymoon – we wanted some High-end hotels with some adventure included.
Our other basic requirements that Tom had to deal with are that we wanted a trip that neither, I nor my FH had ever been on/to. And I wanted some beach time and FH wanted to explore. So Greece was out - We had both been there separately - most of Europe was out (my parents are from Europe) and I did not want the Caribbean.

My FH has a crazy work schedual and I work and travel a lot so trying to get us together was impossible – and he took out phone calls late at night – early in the morning, - from air ports during his own travel and never once complained.

We started out talking about Fiji - (then decided that we were not going to get enough for our money) Then thought about going to Thailand (until we found out it was MONSOON season) and all the time we wanted to do a 2-3 day layover in California at Disneyland.

Then tom suggested St Lucia (which after seeing the resort we will definitely be visiting at come point)

We finally ditched the Disney idea (after the suggestion of tom) and decided to put all our time in one place. TOM suggested AUSTRALIA!!! DING DING DING. He hit the jackpot with this one.

TOM went to work after finally talking on and off with us for about 3-4 months (and mind you every time he called I had a new idea,) he discussed/explained to/with me in length about – the pros and cons of each place, hotel, tour, etc. – It was the fact that he took the time out to talk to me and never made me feel rushed or pressured. And HE WAS HONEST!!!! VERY HONEST – you should do this it’s worth it or don’t bother with that it’s not worth the money and he was always looking to get us the BEST DEAL GOING!!

He did the itinerary – IT WAS AMAZING - and then asked for our impute and changed a few things for us – we swapped some tours around and he laved out an excellent plan for us. 5 day cairns 1 night in Ayers rock and 5 nights in Sydney –he picked amazing hotels with amazing rooms – views and also planned out pick ups and transfers in private cars to and from everything. It is a rocking itinery – I just can not tell you how much detail is in it – he said that I would have no questions after taking a look at it and I don’t. I went online and looked the hotels up and they are pretty amazing.
