Re: Is a Year Enough time to plan a wedding or is two years better?

I think one year is enough... i mean, one could begin thinking of ideas at any time (although they'd probably change a million times before the wedding lol). But also, many vendors will only reserve dates like a year in advance at most..... yeah, one year is plenty.

Re: Is a Year Enough time to plan a wedding or is two years better?

a year is plenty. People plan in 6 months. The real question is if a year is enough time to save the money up for a wedding.

Re: Is a Year Enough time to plan a wedding or is two years better?

A year is usually enough but when you want a certain date and it is booked, then you kinda wish you planned a little sooner. We only took this long because of his job in California.

Re: Is a Year Enough time to plan a wedding or is two years better?

a year is def. enough time!! Our engagement is only 16 months.. i didn't think i could stand to wait longer than that..lmaoo..
and the only reason we went that long was because nov. had better prices to fit into our budget!!!
you'll be fine!!

Re: Is a Year Enough time to plan a wedding or is two years better?

A year is plenty!!! I've had a 3 year engagement but just started actually planning the wedding about a month ago. Especially on LIW, you'll be able to pull it together. These girls are great!

Re: Is a Year Enough time to plan a wedding or is two years better?

I think a year is plenty of time. But if you are dead set on having a vendor and on a specific date and are not willing to go with someone else- i think the earlier you book them the better.
