wheres my ww girls
i have been in a slump for the past 2 weeks , each week i gained ..3 of a lb....and im not in a good direction for mondays weigh in....i need some helpful hints to get back into gear...ne one else in the same boat as me???

Ditto but I just joined and the week I joined happened to be my birthday week and aunt flo is coming this week so I didn't stick to it at all... I'll try harder next week.

When i get like that, i do some cardio because I dont want to eat bad after that and then I go to the supermarket to find different things to make it exciting again.

Defintely eat better (obviously) drink alot of water so u flush ur system & u need to get some workouts in. Thats the only way you may have a better weigh in. GOOD LUCK!

I've been on WW for 3 years. I've fallen off the wagon many times. Going to the grocery store and finding the same boring things over and over again is a drag. So, about once a month I go to Trader Joe's and they have ALOT of stuff that the big stores don't carry that are really good and low in points. So, if you have one out by you, go there and explore. You'll find some yummy things that won't make you feel deprived.

drink lots of water, eat veggies, stay away from anything with sugar/carbs in it -- try to eat fish/chicken -- anything that is lean

i am at a plateau... i have been on ww for a few years and i have lost about 20 pounds.... and i am about halfway to my goal and i am at a stand still... i am not moivated and i am desperate... since i have gotten engaged i am not into it... it is werid because i should be more motivated.. i just have so much on my mind.....i am thinking of joining jenny craig... just to jump start my weight loss again... jenny craig is definately not the long term answer... it is just so expensive.....ugghhh... i am in such a slump

i've been up and down. today i gained .2
i just need to focus more. i went on the treadmill. i really want to lose weight. i set a little goal for myself. once i reach that then i want to start looking at dresses. i really need to get back into it.

Drink ALOT of water to flush your system. Also try to limit the high point food and eat more lower point food.

i do the online ww and i got the first week for free and then i think it was 64 bux for 3 months..i could be wrong on the amt...i LOVE the online....all i do is type in what i have eaten and my workout and it figures out all of my points...

awww hang in there!
my weight hasn't budged, but i am ramping up my biking to 3 miles per day, and adding in my turbo jam videos at night...hopefully that boost my losses!!!!

love TJs....i buy their frozen foods, rice bowls, high fiber breads, organic milk and juice, fruits and veggies, chicken sausage, organic cheese....so much good stuff there and the prices are fantastic!

I buy things like Pretzel Thins, Ezekiel Bread (high fiber), greek yogurt, frozen foods that you won't find in the regular supermarket, premade turkey wraps, high fiber cereal, Flaxseed chips (OMG they are so good).
If you have one near you, just go and take a look around. They are fairly cheap and they have alot of good stuff. I bring my Points Slider and I go to town.

i dont do WW but sparkpeople instead (go to sparkpeople.com). almost the same but its free. hey im on a TIGHT budget! lol
i've been in kindof of a slump myself (musta been that damn redvelvet cupcake!)
i havnt gained or lost anything in the past 2 weeks! ANNOYING!!!
They just opened a Trader Joes near me and its always packed! must be some good stuff in there! lol
