As if my week wasn't going good already....
We pick up the keys last night for our new apartment and the leasing agent tells me the electrician is in the apartment doing the hookups for the washer/dyer. So I ask, when will they put in the washer/dyer, she informs we they only give me the hookups, no w/d included!!!! She totally miscommunicated with me and con-ed me!!!I have spoken to her numerous times about the w/d. This was the only thing when we looked around that I wanted in an apartment. Most of the apartments in Connecticut give you a w/d.
I am sooooooooooooooooo ANGRY!!! Now, she's not returning my calls.

The best part is this woman is refusing to give me the landlords phone number so I can talk with him directly!
