Passport question

My DH and I were not planning on a honeymoon, so I went and changed my Drivers license without changing my passport. We want to go away now in early June, will we be restricted from international travel?

Any stories/suggestions would be very helpful.
Thanks

Re: Passport question

I'm not an expert, but if you bring your marriage certificate that shows your maiden and married name, then there shouldn't be much of a problem with the passport.

Also, if you bring other forms of identification with your married name on it (like an car insurance card, credit card, Social Security card, etc), it'll add more proof that you are who you say you are.

You may want to contact the Passport agency directly about this matter, just to be on the safe side.

Re: Passport question

Thanks. And thanks to those who PMd me. Also, as I should have specified, I changed my name, not my address.

But I just found my old license, so I am ready to fly.

Re: Passport question

I think it depends where you're travelling and when. For example they will start to enforce needing a passport to travel to the Caribbean starting June 1st:

It loks like you would be ok now but not in June? I always thought that the name on the passport had to match the name on the airline tickets
