We're over our min by 11 right now, but there are friends and family members that we're 99% sure will come but haven't RSVP'd yet (our due date is in 9 days). unless tons of people dont come we'll still be over our min (anticipating a final count of 190) but I might just underestimate by 5 and "add" them if we have to.
