votive placecard template?

does anyone have votive placard template for any program?
I'm trying to make the template myself but I cant get the angles right.... I wish the votive holder was completely straight but its not..

can anyone help me please??????????

wow!!!

its slightly smaller on the bottom then the top.. the diameter of the bottom is 1 7/8 and the top is 2 1/8

the height of the votive candle holder is 2 3/8

it cant be a parallel box because the top is slightly bigger..

i dont know how to approach this..

any help would me sooo helpful!!

This is what I have since the votive has a bigger circumference on top.



Send me your email and I'll forward the file to you. You can print it on 8.5x11 paper. It should fit because I made one already.
