Sand Ceremony Question

I need to purchase our sand ceremony containers. My officiant wants us to buy one with a lid. The only one I found with a lid is $200 and i'm not up to paying that much.

Where did you order your from?

Re: Sand Ceremony Question

You dont have to have a lid, it just makes so much more sense for it to have one. Its something you want to keep, so you cover it to make sure if it topples you dont lose the sand. JMO

you don't - i used pastor april and i had no lid.

ETA: there is something in the ceremony itself about sealing the vessel, blah, blah...but you can just remove that line.
