engagement pic dilemma

So I definitely have a cold. Right now I am not in too bad of shape but I am really worried about the engagement pictures on Saturday. Brad and I start to get REALLY busy within the next few weeks and won't have any other free weekends for a long time. He doesn't want to cancel them and reschedule for this weekend. (actually im not sure if i can even do that to be honest, I have to ask her.) Anyway, I am afraid I am going to feel miserable and look even worse! What do you ladies think i should do? I think i might take a day off tomorrow and just rest. No gym (yikes!) or anything! Help!

Don't cancel yet...you definitely want to get these done before it gets really cold out. Rest up and don't overdo it for the rest of the week. If you can, take tomorrow off to give your body a rest. And as always with a cold, drink lots of vitamin C!!!!!! Feel better hun!!

I would just take the day and relax...your body is going to need the rest esp if you are going to be so busy in the upcoming weeks.
If the cold isnt too bad then I say keep the appt. If you gradually get worse then see if you can reschedule but I would recommend doing it soon before it gets too cold out.

Do you ever notice that when you are sick, guys are like, oh suck it up, its nothing. But when THEY are sick, they are SUCH babies??? Drives me crazy!!!

Take the day and relax..... Fh keeps tell me he wants to cancel for ours on Tuesday cause he isnt in shape but, we will never have another time like this again. Try your best and sleep allll day, drink plenty of fluids and medicine.

i would def take off and just rest,,use airborn and no gym or anything..also i always use thera flu when i feel sick its gross but works...i hope u r feeling better 4 the pics

I think taking the day off is a good idea and also see if you can have your makeup professionally done. They may be able to freshen you up a bit. You could also try steaming your face or using a humidifier. Feel better soon!

Take coldeezz ( ?spelling). it is supposed tp make you feel better faster b/c of the zinc....feel better

The first couple of days are usually the worst, so it might pass. And the good news is that you can probably hide any physical appearance of a cold with make up. Plus, you'll be so into your pics you won't even remember you don't feel well. Pop a Sudafed 12 hours and SMILE! I think you'll be happy if you don't cancel.

You're probably going to feel so excited the day of that it will pump you up, even if you're feeling sick. Take the day off, drink tea, take vitamin C and you should feel much better. Also, I swear by the Zycam swabs that look like qtips that you rub around your nostrils...you know I get sick too from being around the kids. Feel better Lauren!

Lauren... mine are supposed to be Saturday also but I think its going to rain... where are you having yours? Will the rain affect your cold? I dont want you to get more sick ya know...just lookin out
