Question inspired by 'Say Yes to the Dress'

Some brides on 'Say Yes to the Dress' have their FHs come with them dress shopping. I don't even want FH to see the stock photo of my dress before our wedding day, nevermind me IN the dress.

Did you/Are you going to take your FH dress shopping with you??

Re: Question inspired by 'Say Yes to the Dress'

NO! I am going with the more tradisional way I guess. I don't want him to know what I am wearing, how i m doing my hair etc... at this point (depending on where we do the ceremony) he wont even see me before the ceremony. lol

Re: Question inspired by 'Say Yes to the Dress'

no way!! i think those couples are so messed up, if you cant pick out your wedding gown by yourself, in my opinion your a little tooo dependant on your man. It ruins the whole suprise of the day I think, if FH is seeing you in the dress prior too then whats so special about it?

Re: Question inspired by 'Say Yes to the Dress'

not a hope in he L L....

I actually freaked out because he accidentally saw a pick of me in a dress that was originally been in the running... he swore he didn't see anything but it doesn't matter because that dress has been replaced by another lol

Absolutely NOT!!!!! I'm very traditional and my mother would kill me if I ever did such a thing!! Plus, I would love to see his face when we see's me walking down the aisle with my dress on for the first time.... it will be priceless.

I am not even allowed to mention the word dress around him. He doesn't even want to see the Bridesmaid dresses either.

Re: Question inspired by 'Say Yes to the Dress'

no way! I don't want him to know a thing about my dress! Even now when I rip out pix of dresses that I like, I put them away right away so he doesn't even have a clue as to what I'm looking for
