Westbury Manor brides...bathroom question

So I went to my planning seminar tonight and afterwards, FH and I decided to walk around. We took a peek in the bridal suite and realized there is no bathroom. Do we share a bathroom with the guests? Weird...

Don't quote me, but I think there is a seperate bathroom upstairs for the bride/groom. I don't think it is big but I think there is a private one. I remember asking the question too when I went there for a tour and I think Susan (BM) said there is one right across from the bridal suite. Kinda hidden. Keep your fingers crossed I hope I am remembering right!!

Edited to add - did you see the regular guest bathrooms while you were there. I remember them mentioning they were thinking about redoing them. Just curious??

Good question! I don't even think I checked out the bathrooms! A place like that I guess I wasn't too concerned. Oh well.

Okay, so the upstairs bathroom is for the bridal suite. That makes sense. But do we share that with the other bride?

Oh yeah, the downstairs bathroom in the lobby was redone. I didn't see what it looked like, but when we booked in April, they had a big plastic sheet over the doorway and lots of equipment and they said they would be done by the end of the week (we were there on a Tuesday). Everything seemed fine when we were there last night, though I didn't go in the bathroom. Whatever was being done was finished on schedule.

Any past Westburty Manor brides have comments?

We were married at the WM last November. Oh boy, are you in for the day of your lives!!!

I don't think the main floor bathrooms were redone when we had our reception. They were fine anyway. Each individual toilet stall had a sink in it.

There was no bathroom in the bridal suite, and to be honest, I'm not sure where it was! I didn't use the bathroom once during our reception...LOL...the evening went so quickly...suddenly we were dancing to our last song!!

The funny thing is I'm the one in the office who is constantly drinking water and using the bathroom-coworkers joke about it constantly.

Hello - another WM bride here (this Sept)- A co-worker of my sisters got married there and she said she actually used the bathroom that the guests used since it was larger than the one upstairs and closer to the ballroom - LOL, she only went to the bathroom once too. I haven't seen the new bathrooms yet- but does WM provide the guests with the bathroom baskets or do we have to? I am assuming that they do but I just can't remember!
