we booked Camelot and all of our friends have used them. I never heard a bad thing about them, so I figured I wouldn't look anywhere else and just book with them since they are always on time and do a great job. We booked the escalade through them, and they are having a Shuttle bus transport our guests from the Viana Hotel to the reception and making about 4 trips back to the hotel beginning at 10pm for the guests who want to leave early. What's also important to ask the other two companies is whether or not they switch out their engines with new ones. Many companies do not put new engines in the limos, and will just do frequent repairs on them, which could be unsettling because the limos with old engines could break down at any time. Camelot has all new engines in the limos, and also in the rolls royce's that they have. Most companies don't switch the engines out on the rolls because they feel it takes away from the 'original' classic aspect of the cars. I personally would rather new engines so I don't run into any issues on the big day!

THanks for the reply. Do you know if the switching of engines, does that happen on a coach and shuttle bus as well or just the limos?

Not sure- Camelot just briefly explained to me that they switch the vehicles engines to make them last longer and avoid any mechanical issues the day of- but idk any specifics on the individual cars and buses. I would assume he referred to it all though

i really like transtar for our party bus but you may be better with a local company for the shuttle depending on how long you need it for?a lot of companies have 3 hr mins which you dont need for the shuttle.
