I hate the 'guys from the office'!!!! (VENT)

Does anyone else in your DH/FH's lives insprire your DH/FH to act more 'manly'? It drives me NUTS!!!

FI calls me from work today and like always, says he loves me and the guys in the office, just like always, rip on him and tease him.

Then tonight, he was supposed to go for a quick dinner with the guys from the office and was going to be back at 8:30. It is now almost 11 and he's not back and of course dinner turned into drinks. He probably, just like always got ripped on when he gets up from the table- they say things like 'Who do you answer to?' and 'she's got your B A L L S!!!' It makes me so upset.

He's such a gentlemen and then the loser guys from his office, who are probably jealous that we have such a good thing, have to say something and turn him into the stereotypical ******* guy. Of course, they have all been married and divorced or are married and still pick up women. His boss came onto me at a Christmas party last year!!! Massaged my shoulders in front of my FI!!!

Such winners, I hate them!!! UGGHHH!!!

Sorry to hear....I think we can all relate. I don't know what it is that brings out the little boy in all guys around their 'friends.' What I don't understand more is how they have to play up to the guys. The 8 p.m., now 11 p.m. thing would bother me...URRRRR can be so frustrating.

I hate that too ! My hubby is the same guy that gets picked on... because he's a gentleman too

If it just happens a few times, let it go. Dont take it out on your sweetie, guys have peer pressures at all ages

My FH is not that bad, but he can act like a mr. personality when he is around people. I guess it's better than being a jerk around people. If he does get slack from them, I don't know much about it, because he is almost always where/time he says he'll be (or he know's he'll hear it from me )

I don't like them either. I call them 'The Divorced Losers Club'. Luckily, FH doesn't work with them all the time, and he stands his ground when they get on his case.

lol!!!! the drunk losers club at work! They would do anything to get FI to be a member.

Update- He came home at 12:05 drunk and apologizing profusely! His cell was off- he later says it was out of juice- which I believe- but I was LIVID! I almost made him take the couch and yelled to him- 'the guys in the office must be so happy now! We are fighting! They got what they wanted!!' Ugghhh!!!!!

yuk that sux....I had a BF like that..he was a sweetheart with me but as soon as we were with his buddies....he had to act macho! That's why he is my ex, they thought he needed to sow his wild oats a little more (we were only 18!)

They are all a bunch of losers, your FH still comes home to you !
