Ok... clothing question...Stupid Question???
All my pants, shorts, etc. fit fine when I'm standing. But when I sit, it gets a lot tighter. Now I didn't have a flat stomach before I got PG, and I definitely don't now. But when I sit, the waistlines on my pants seem to go into my stomach, and it makes a crease in my waist. It's both my underwear and my pants. It just seems too tight? It doesn't hurt? Will this interfere with my growing uterus??? That's what I'm afraid of. It might be a stupid question, but I figured I could ask you girls. I am wearing maternity jeans since my regular jeans don't fit anymore. I don't know what to do?

I don't think you can stop the growth of your belly by the clothes your wearing. That bad boy is going to pop out whenever it wants. There will be a day that you attempt to put on pants that they just won't button. Maternity pants are so comfy. You will love the extra room!! Get some maternity underwear as well.

Your clothes will not interfere with baby's growth. However, it will make you feel more comfortable. I am also going to get some maternity underwear too. I only buying three and if I like the fit, I will buy more.

You are pregnant Melissa. Your clothes are going to get tighter. You need to get a few maternity or elastic band type items. I have been able to wear a lot of non-maternity but larger size elastic band type shorts. But a lot of the maternity clothes just fit better because they are not made just large, just to fit pregnant women which is different. Oldnavy.com has some great sales on stuff.

Gap maternity has a lot of sales also. I am not wearing maternity underwear - I bought larger thong bikini underwear that I wear under my belly. Seems to be working fine so far....But I put away ALL my 'real' clothes. Just too uncomfortable.
