Need recipes for 2 things

we are heading to the wineries this weekend - 8 of us in a limo. I offered to bring breakfast - champagne, bagels, cc, muffins, and maybe friut....does anyone have a recipe for crumb cake . Also, I'm doing the chicken I did for Marnis GTG, and I need side dishes for a picnic that can be easily transported and served.

I do have a crumb cake recipe that I got at my shower & which is at home. I am leaving myself a message to remember to post it for you! It was REALLY easy and a hit at the brunch I brought it to.

What about some easy salad side dishes - a greek salad or a tomato salad?

I like making a quick and easy tomato salad with just very red and ripe tomatoes, red onion and some balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Yummy - and very easy and easily transportable.

Easy dessert is Ambrosia...

2 cans Mandarin oranges
1 X-large can of Pineapple
Sliced Stawberrys (summer)
1 pint sour cream
1 bag mini marshmallows

Drain all canned fruit. Mix together and let sit overnight... If in a rush, make an hour prior and let sit in freezer. Serve chilled.
