Band Reviews anyone?

FI just spoke to Fran Diamond Music & Entertainment and I think they might be the one I book. I've listened to their stuff - they are musically 100%...just wanted to know if anyone has used them and what the experience was.

I was looking into Fran Diamond too, I also wanted to know if anyone used Hank Lane's 5th Ave. or Full House?! I haven't listened to Fran yet, did you hear them at a Bridal Showcase or a wedding?

I have a friend who used Hank Lane's 5th avenue and loved them. I thought Full House was phenomenal, but unfortunately they're booked for my date.

Here's another option....I saw Best of Both Worlds perform at a wedding show and I absolutely loved them. They were a combination of a dj and a live performer. Not a full band but they were good. Don't have any more info other than their

I found them to be very pushy over the phone about booking with them, and they called my fiance and i incessantly, so it turned me off... I'm still looking for a band.

Times Square Music did not call you and does not call anyone unless they request information from the band. Times Square has been booked for your date since July and we would appreciate it if you would please retract your derrogatory comment about our company. You are mistaken and comments like that hurt our business. We pride ourselves on our very low key and unobtrusive 'soft sell' approach and would never bother people by calling them incessantly, as you stated, in fact, after our Showcases we are known for telling people not to book us until they have gone around to see other bands. Please be careful before you decide to make statements that are not accurate, as they can really hurt other people's businesses. We are also not known for coming on to chat areas, but a client of ours suggested that we do to clear our name. Thanks for your understanding, and good luck in your search.

I was referring to Fran Diamond.... and I think I would know when I'm being called. But nice to know vendors are lurking on here to pounce.....

P.S. -- I was not trying to hurt anyone's business by saying what turned me off to a particular vendor. I am sure Fran Diamond Music is a wonderful band and any brides that book with them will be in good hands.

We used Full HOuse and they were amazing! I highly recommend them.

I'm glad to hear Time Square and Full House were good bands!! Time Square was booked for my date, and Pauland...I'm surprised to see that venders are allowed to come on the site as a bride also....

Paulandes I had the same problem with Fran diamond - the funny part is that we didn't hear from him until weeks after we called for information - then for weeks he would call here and leave my FH and I messages
