I bought my dress today - so excited!

OH MY GOD, I fell in love with the dress I bought today. A lot of places were closed on Sundays. I wound up at Macy's Bridal Salon in Lake Grove. The dress is a Demetrios, discontinued and so amazing. Originally $1400, reduced to $714, and 50% off of that!!! Can you believe?? It's very plain, but that's me. The top around the boobs has really pretty crystal beading...the straps are tiny but also have the beading....it's satin, it comes in at the waist and wow! I originally thought I wanted something with a cap sleeve, or off the shoulder, but I looked horrible in the one I tried on. The veils I got are gorgeous too, I got a cathedral veil for the ceremony and a shorter one. I love the way the veil looks on the back of the head instead of on top. I'm bummed that I don't see the dress again until 2 months before the wedding : ( It was so much fun trying on the dresses. My mom only cried a little thank god.

Thanks.......you really do know when you find 'the one'. The lady even gave me a bouquet to walk around with......it was really fun. I love the consultant who helped me. I'm not too crazy about a crown, do a lot of girls do the crown and the veil? I'm thinking just the veil.
