What size font did you use for the outer and inner envelopes?

It depends on the font you use. I think I used like 30, but I can't remember which font I used

We used 24, but we probably could have used a little bigger even.

Completely depends on the font. Mine is Bickham, and I need like 48 or something. Some fonts are tiny!

are you all priting out the envelopes yourselves? are you using a clear label? or printing onto the envelope?

I also used 24...the font I used was called 'invitation'. I probably could have went a little bigger also.
